Teff bread crumbled Chicken balls with bell Peppers Stew የተፈጨ የጤፍ ዳቦ እና ዶሮ
1 lb ground chicken tenders
1/4 cup teff bread crumbled
3 tbsp yogurt
1 egg
½ tsp fresh or dried thyme;
1 tsp rosemary
¼ cup berbere or chill powder
1tsp korerima (false cardamom)
mixed seasoning
red wine
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Set the oven to 140°f.   In a bowl, mix bread crumbles, egg, olive oil, onion, yogurt, berbere or chill, thyme, rosemary, mixed seasoning, and red wine combine well. Add the ground chicken and mix it well. prepare chicken balls. Place it in a baking tray. Bake it for 15–20 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve with Bell Peppers Stew.

Bell Peppers Stew
red,  yellow, orange bell peppers 1 each cut into wedges
2 tomato Slice
1 onion Slice
2 chili pepper
2-3  cloves of garlic  Slice
2 tsp fresh or dry thyme
2 tsp fresh or dry rosemary
parsley chopped
basil chopped
Salt and black pepper
3-4 tbsp red wine
Heat the oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium, add the sliced onion, and cook until they begin to soften 6-8 minutes. Add garlic, tomato, thyme, rosemary, and cook for about one minute Add the bell peppers do not stir it. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it slowly cook for about 10 minutes. Once the bell peppers have begun to soften add red wine. Stir to combine. Finally, add parsley and the basil and add salt and pepper. reduce the heat cook uncovered, for about 5 more minutes. Stir occasionally. Turn off the heat and serve.
