Teff bread croutons with Swiss Chard and Beans ደረቅ የጤፍ ዳቦ በቆስጣ እና ቦሎቄ
1 lb Swiss chard
1/2 cup Teff bread croutons
1 medium onion, small dice
3 carrot chopped
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup red kidney beans
3 tomatoes chopped or 1 cup canned tomatoes
5 hot pepper
1 bell pepper
fresh celery chopped
1 tsp false cadmium
1/3 cup oil
black pepper
Place the beans in a container and cover with water. Add water above beans. They will absorb. Leave to soak overnight. The next day, drain and place in a large pot and add water in the large pot. Once the greens are wilted down, remove the lid and continue cooking and stirring until the greens are tender. Turn off the heat . and add teff bread croutons. Serve
