Ingredient
1 lb Swiss chard
1/2 cup Teff bread croutons
1 medium onion, small dice
3 carrot chopped
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup red kidney beans
3 tomatoes chopped or 1 cup canned tomatoes
5 hot pepper
1 bell pepper
fresh celery chopped
1 tsp false cadmium
1/3 cup oil
salt
black pepper
preparation
Place the beans in a container and cover with water. Add water above beans. They will absorb. Leave to soak overnight. The next day, drain and place in a large pot and add water in the large pot.
