Teff and all-purpose or any kind of flour pita የጤፍ ዱቄት ከማንኛውም ዱቄት የተደባለቀ ቂጣ
1 cups all-purpose flour or any kind of flour and ½ cup Teff flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
warm water
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast keep 5 minutes. Add flour, salt & oil into a large mixing bowl. Add water then knead by hand until the dough become until the dough is soft and no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl. If it does stick, add an additional some more flour at a time. Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl. Wrap in plastic and let rest for at least 30 minutes or until about doubled in size. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, cover them again with the damp cloth. Lightly dust a counter with flour and roll out each ball of dough into a circle. Use a rolling pin, roll the dough. Place the skillet over medium heat with a tiny bit of oil. Place the dough in skillet and cook until pita begins to puff up and the bottom has browned. Flip and cook for 2 minutes more. Although it is ideal that the pita bread will begin to puff up. Take out the pita to a plate and cover it with a clean cloth. Repeat with remaining balls of dough. enjoy!


የጤፍ ዱቄት ከማንኛውም ዱቄት የተደባለቀ ቂጣ
ለማዘጋጀት ሚያስፈልጉ ግብዓቶች

2 ኩባያ የጤፍ ዱቄት ወይም የጤፍ ዱቄት ከተለያዪ ዱቄቶች የተቀላቀለ
1/4 የሻይ ማንኪያ እርሾ
1 የሻይ ማንኪያ ስካር
1 የሻይ ማንኪያ ጨው
ለብ ያል ውሃ

በ እቃላይ ስካር፣እርሾ እና ለብ ያለ ውሀ መበጥበጥና 5 ደቂቃ ማስቀመጥ። ኸዚያ የጤፍ ዱቄት እና የፈለገውን አይነት የእህል ዱቄት ጨምሮ በደንብ ማሸት።ጨው መጨመር። ሊጡን ላላ አድርጎ ማቡካት ።በላስቲክ ሸፍነን ል30 ደቂቃ ማስቀመጥ።ምጣድ ማስማት ወይም እንዲግል ማድርግ ከዛ በትንሽ በትንሹ እየቀነሱ በእጃችን መጋገር። ምጣድ ከሌለን በመጥበሻ ትንሽ ዘይት እየጨመርን በትንሽ ትንሹ እንጋግራለን። የሚፈለገውን ያህል ጋግረን መጨረስ።
