Split fava beans and Wheat Gulban (ጉልባን)
2 cups split fava beans
1/2 cups wheat
In a large cooking pot add water and wheat. Bring to boil and simmer until tender. then add fava beans and salt and cook until the beans are tender. serve cold with Mitmita .
Gulban could be eaten plain but usually seasoned with Mitmita ( hot spice blend).
