Koch-Kocha (Hot minced pepper) (ቆጭቆጫ )

Ingredients
10 habanero
green peppers (spicy)
you can use any hot peppers
1 onion chopped
garlic
fresh ginger (peeled)
1 bunch parsley
oregano fresh or dry
thyme fresh or dry
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp false cardamon (korerima)
mixed seasoning (optional)
olive oil
wash all the peppers, parsley. peel the ginger, cut the pepper stems don’t take out the seed. then add all the ingredients into the food processor. Add salt and pepper. Blend all until it becomes as smooth as a creamy paste. Put in the jar and add oil on the top. Chill the kochkocha in the refrigerator. serve together like tibs, Sambusa with anything with injera, teff bread, or teff pita.
