Kinche with  vegetable marinade Olive Oil (cracked Oats or cracked barley or cracked wheat (bulgur) with Marinade Olive Oil ) ቂንጬ በአትክልት በተቀመመ የወይራ ዘይት

Ingredients
11/2 cups cracked Oats or cracked barley or cracked wheat (bulgur)
water only or (water and milk)
1 tomato chopped
2 green onion chopped
1/2 cucumber chopped
2 green hot pepper (jalapeno pepper) chopped
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 avocado
parsley
olive oil
1 lemon juice
salt and pepper
Preparation
wash cracked Oats or cracked barley or cracked wheat (bulgur). soak about 10-20 minutes until the kinche is puffed. Drain well. Boil the water. Bring the water to boil in a medium-high heat or add. Add the cracked Oats r cracked wheat, Add oil and salt. cover the pot and let it cook 15 to20 minutes .let the water is absorbed. Once it is cooked, turn off the heat. Remove from heat and let stand to cool down. Add 3-4 tbsp Marinade Olive Oil into saucepan and heat just until warm over low heat then add the Kinche, turn of the heat. while it is still warm add all chopped vegetable and lemon juice mix it well until well blend .cover and refrigerate about 20 minutes and take out add chopped avocado mix it and serves.
Marinade Olive Oil
Ingredients
fresh rosemary
fresh thyme
Fresh or dry oregano
garlic
koseret – (Lippia abyssinica)
Preparation
Combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic and koseret in a small saucepan and heat just until warm over low heat. Remove from the heat and stir to combine. Place the olives in a jar and pour in the olive oil mixture. Shake the jar to coat the olives.

የቅንጨ እሀሉን በቀዝቃዛ ውሃ በደንብ ማጠብ።በድስት ውሃ መጣድ  እና ሲፈላ ዘይት ጠብ አድርጎ ቅንጨውን መጨመር።ቅንጨው ውሃውን ሲጨርስ አውጥቶ ማቀዝቀዝ
በመጥበሻ ዘይቱን መጨመር እና የቀዘቀዘውን ቅንጨ መጨመር ጨው ጨምሮ ማዋሃድ እና ማውጣት ።ሁሉንም አትክልት ከትፎ መጨመር።የተጨመቀ ሎሚ ጨው፣ቁንዶ በርበሬ ጨምረን እፍሪጅ መጨመር ከ 20 ደቂቃ በሃላ ሲቀዘቅዝ  አውጥቶ ማቅረብ

የወይራ ዘይትቅመም (ጦስኝ፣ሮዝመሪ፣ኮሰረት…)በብረድስት ላይ ትንሽ ዘይት እና ቅመሙን ደባልቆ በትንሽ እሳት ላይ መጣድ ሞቅ ሲል ማውጣት።የውይራ ዘይቱን በጠርሙስ ውስጥ ጨምረን ለብ ያለውን ዘይት ቅላቅለን ማስቀመጥ በምንፈልግ ጊ እየቀነስን መጠቀም እንችላለን።
