Immune booster Teff injera or sourdough bread with fresh vegetable (እንጀራ ወይም ዳቦ በአትክልት)

Ingredients

2 tomatoes(chopped)

1/2 onion(chopped)

1-2 jalapeno pepper (green pepper) chopped

3-4 chill pepper(chopped)

4-5 diced garlic

½ tsp diced ginger

Parsley (optional)

1 avocado

½ cucumber

1 squeeze lemon

rue(Tenadam) (optional)

oil

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Rinse all the vegetables. chop tomatoes, onion, pepper, cucumber, and avocado. Mix oil, salt, pepper, and lemon. Add garlic, ginger, rue.  Mix all together. Serve with teff injera, sourdough bread, Teff pita
