Beetroot and mushroom dullet with Teff sourdough  bread ቀይ ስር እና እንጉዳይ ዱለት በጤፍ ዳቦ
Ingredients
3 beetroot chopped
1/2 lb.  mushroom chopped
Chill pepper chopped
1 red onion chopped
2 green onion
2 tsp mitmita powder
2 tsp cardamom powder (korerema)
3 tbsp. olive oil
mixed spices
black pepper
Salt
Preparation
Boil the beetroot on medium heat until it can be easily pierced through with a knife. The skin will easily peel off and chopped into very small pieces. Chop the mushroom into very small pieces. Add oil into the skillet. Add onion and mushroom cook over medium-high heat. Cook for around 5-10 minutes until the mushrooms are almost perfectly soft. Add pepper, beetroot, and the spices and mix thoroughly. Simmer this mix for a further 5 minutes. Turn of the heat. Serve with sourdough bread or teff injera.
