cauliflower and bell pepper wot
Bell pepper red yellow, orange sliced (any)
2 fresh tomato
1 tsp ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of turmeric
salt and black pepper
dry or fresh thyme
1 tsp Korarima-Ethiopian cardamom, or false cardamom
chop onion into small pieces.Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat add onion, Cook the onion till it becomes light brown about 10 minutes.Add garlic and ginger paste. Slice the bell peppers, add the bell peppers keep some aside to put on top. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.Stir in between .cut the cauliflower and chopped fresh tomatoes mix well. Add into and add salt .pepper, turmeric, tyme, korerima, and dry herbs.
cover and cook till cauliflower become tender and finish the liquid. Add jalapeno pepper and turn off the heat.
serve with sourdough teff bread or injera or teff pita.
